When I sat down to record episode 8, I was feeling really reflective and thinking over the last two months recording this podcast / pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I thought I’d share some of my experiences, the good things that have came from doing something new and scary but also pushing through the self doubt, the feeling of being cringe and a newbie.
